I already offer IV or ketamine infusions — why add Spravato®?

We don’t accept insurance yet — can this still work?

Yes, but his program does not complete provider enrollment on your behalf, but we walk you through exactly how to get enrolled with payers and share time-saving strategies to speed up approval. If you or your providers are not yet enrolled with payers, please note that it is a completely independent process that can take up to 90-120 days.

How soon can I start billing for Spravato® treatments?

There are multiple steps that we will help guide you through; the faster you complete your part, the sooner you can start billing. Generally, if you are already enrolled with the payers in your area, you can typically start billing within 60 days. If you are not credentialed with the payers, the that process will likely take 90 to 120 days. This program does not complete provider enrollment on your behalf, but we walk you through exactly how to get enrolled with payers and share time-saving strategies to speed up approval.

How much time will this really take?

In order to launch a Spravato service within 8 weeks, your or your practice manager will need to dedicate about 5 hours per week for the next 8 weeks towards implementation.

Is this program asynchronus? Can I complete it at my own pace?

Absolutely. Start the 8-week implementation roadmap whenever you're ready, and move through it at your own pace. Need to pause for a busy week at work? No problem—pick up right where you left off. We also host live Q&As each month, so you can get your questions answered. The program is designed for busy providers, clinic owners, and practice managers: access your materials 24/7, complete the checklist steps on your schedule, and get support when you need it most.
